The Citizen Charter includes information regarding various services such as birth and death registration, issuance of birth and death certificates, marriage registration, residence certificates, ownership certificates, allotment of building numbers, building permits, trade licenses, tax-related services, and social security pensions.

For each service, the required application forms, supporting documents, applicable fees, and the maximum time limit for service delivery after receipt of the application have been clearly specified. This helps ensure transparency in service delivery and enables the public to receive services in a timely manner.

Necessary steps have been taken to display the Citizen Charter in the Panchayat Office and other public places and to make it accessible to the public through the Panchayat website.
