Annual Plan Report 2026–27

The Annual Plan of Mulakkuzha Grama Panchayat for the year 2026–27 has been prepared by considering the recommendations and suggestions received through Gram Sabhas, Development Seminars, and Working Group Meetings. With the objective of ensuring the comprehensive development of the Panchayat, various projects covering the Production Sector, Service Sector, Infrastructure Sector, and Scheduled Caste Development Sector have been included in the Annual Plan.

The Annual Plan for 2026–27 consists of projects amounting to a total outlay of ₹9,45,67,718/-, including ₹7,03,62,718/- for the General Category and ₹2,42,05,000/- for the Scheduled Caste Category.

Under the Production Sector, projects have been formulated for agricultural development, dairy development, livestock rearing, organic farming, vegetable cultivation, women’s self-employment enterprises, and fisheries-related activities.

Under the Service Sector, projects such as the LIFE Housing Scheme, PMAY Housing Scheme, scholarships for persons with disabilities, Anganwadi activities, welfare schemes for senior citizens, palliative care, health sector initiatives, women empowerment programmes, and welfare programmes for children and students have been included.

Under the Infrastructure Sector, projects include maintenance of street lights, road improvement works in various wards, renovation of the Panchayat Office, development of Anganwadi infrastructure, development works in public institutions, and improvement of sanitation facilities.

Special projects aimed at the social and economic advancement of the Scheduled Caste community have also been incorporated in the Annual Plan. These include housing construction, study room assistance, laptop distribution, Easy Kitchen Scheme, assistance for senior citizens, and infrastructure development projects.

The Annual Plan 2026–27 has been prepared with the objective of promoting infrastructure development, increasing agricultural production, strengthening social security, improving healthcare services, providing housing, enhancing the welfare of women and children, and ensuring the development of the Scheduled Caste community within the Grama Panchayat.
